§ 1 GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the Service.
  2. The administrator of personal data contained in the service is: Meat Processing Plant Dworecki general partnership with its registered office in Golejów.
  3. In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations designed to prevent the disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. We control their implementation and constantly verify their compliance with relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the provision of electronic services, as well as all kinds of executive acts and acts of community law.

§ 2 DATA PROCESSING

  1. Personal data is processed based on the consent given by the User and in cases where legal regulations authorize the Administrator to process personal data based on legal provisions or for the purpose of performing the Agreement concluded between the parties.
  2. The User whose data is processed has the right to access the data, rectify, erase, or restrict processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  3. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider’s organization is possible by electronic means at the email address: aneta.dworecka@dworecki.pl.
  4. The Administrator reserves the right to process User data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige the Administrator to retain data.
  5. The Administrator does not disclose personal data to other entities than those authorized under relevant legal provisions.
  6. The Administrator has the right to disclose User’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under relevant legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).
  7. Erasure of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or lodging a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

§ 3 COOKIES

  1. The website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser software on the User’s computer. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the User connects. Parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them. Cookies thus facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
